Started at 14.
Not a lab. Not a boardroom. A bathroom mirror and a lot of returned products that didn't work.
I started paying attention to my skin around 14, mostly because everyone around me suddenly had opinions about it. The internet had more opinions than anyone — ten-step routines, acids I couldn't pronounce, "holy grail" products that cost more than my allowance and did nothing but make my face sting.
Nobody was making skincare for skin that was still figuring itself out. Everything was either for adults with fully-formed routines, or it was a single greasy moisturizer clearly meant for someone's little sibling. There wasn't a middle.
Rosée is the middle. A few products, made for skin that's changing fast, explained in language that doesn't require a chemistry degree to understand. Nothing here promises to fix your skin overnight, because nothing does that. It just promises to not make things worse while your skin does its own thing.
That's it. That's the whole story. No lab coats, no focus groups — just someone who got tired of being sold things that weren't made for her.
