Shipping

Orders ship within 2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days after that. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

Returns

If a product didn't work for your skin, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund — opened or not. Email hello@rosee.example with your order number to start a return.

Damaged or wrong item?

Email us a photo and we'll send a replacement, no return shipping required.
